Welcome to ABROL Group (“ABROL”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, visiting our website, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
ABROL Group provides services including but not limited to:
A. Fire Safety Services
• Fire alarm systems
• Fire fighting systems (hydrant, sprinkler, suppression systems)
• Installation, testing, commissioning, inspection & maintenance
• Fire safety audits, AMC, and compliance-related services
B. Digital & IT Services
• Website design & development
• Mobile & web applications
• POS systems, online ordering systems
• Digital marketing, branding & graphic design
• Software solutions and technical consultation
Services are provided as per the agreed proposal, quotation, work order, or contract.
2. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information, site access, approvals, and documentation on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements at their premises.
• Make payments as per agreed milestones.
• ABROL shall not be responsible for delays caused due to non-cooperation or incorrect information from the client.
3. Payments & Commercial Terms
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services without notice.
• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
4. Project Timelines
• Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions, approvals, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
• ABROL is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
5. Warranty & Limitations
Fire Safety:
• Equipment warranty shall be as per manufacturer terms.
• ABROL’s responsibility is limited to installation and service scope only.
• We are not responsible for system failure caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, power issues, or lack of maintenance.
Digital Services:
• Software is delivered “as is” unless maintenance or AMC is agreed.
• ABROL is not responsible for third-party hosting, plugins, payment gateways, or external platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
• All designs, software, documents, drawings, and materials remain ABROL’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and commercial information exchanged during the engagement.
8. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Payments for work already completed shall remain payable.
• No refunds shall be issued for completed or in-progress work.
9. Limitation of Liability
• ABROL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of services provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of [Mohali/Punjab].
